Shipping:
You may request Standard Shipping, Priority Mail, or FedEx overnight delivery of any product you order. Shipping costs will be determined by your choice of shipping, your location and the weight and size of the product your order.

Refund Policy:
Products: Any product determined to be defective within 48 hours of receipt will be replaced once the product is returned. No shipping will be charged for that replacement.

Course and Workshop Fees:
Full refunds will be provided for cancellation of registration up to 1 month prior to the start of any course or workshop. Credit will be given toward the same workshop or another for cancellations received up to 3 weeks prior to the start of any course or workshop. There will be no refunds or credits for cancellations received within the 7 days prior to the start of a course or workshop or on the day a workshop or course begins.
